Jharkhand Ispat Private Limited | |
| A member of Rungta group of companies with their works located in Ramgarh in the district of Hazaribagh in Jharkhand State. The objective of the the Company is to produce coal based DRI and semi-finished and finished steel products. The steel plant is being set up in two phases. Four units of 12,000,0 TPA Sponge Iron Plant, 9,000,0 TPA Mild Steel Billet Plant and 45,000 TPA Iron ore Crusher Plant have been installed at Hesla in an area of around 14 acres. In the second phase, company have to install a 10 MW power plant based on recovery of waste heat. The steel plant will also have captive power plant of 25 MW based on recovery of waste heart from the DR kilns.A coal washery of throughput capacity 1.5 Mt/yr at the pithead is also being planned by them to feed washed coal to the DR kilns under both the phases. |  |
